Want To Perform?

Check out these performance opportunities for Dance Parade 2010. In addition to the Festival in Tompkins Square Park at the end of the Parade on May 22nd, Dance Parade offers three other performance opportunities to groups that have completed their Parade registration.

On Saturday, April 24th we offer even more flava at our annual fundraiser celebrating International Dance Day. You can apply to perform simply by checking the appropriate box when completing your online group registration.

We will be joining forces with 60X60 as well for Post Parade Goodies…stay tuned for more to come on that exciting adventure!

Finally, we offer short (4 min or less) performance opportunities for registered groups in limited space at our monthly social hours at China 1.

60X60 joins forces with Dance Parade!

60×60 joins Dance Parade for an exciting extravaganza of 60 one minute danceperformances.  Stay tuned for more information about how these two groups come together and conquer the world!  Details shall be revealed very soon.

Eclectic by nature, 60×60 Dance offers an unmatched diversity of styles, making for a fast-speed, electrifying one-of-a-kind performance that neverceases to surprise. Dance influences will range from ballet to postmodernmovements, while music includes neo-romantic, folk, tech-house, noise, rockand everything but the kitchen sink.
